Orders will be shipped USPS Media Mail. Media Mail typically takes 2-8 day business days for delivery. If you prefer to have your order arrive quicker, we encourage upgrading to expedited shipping.
1. Where is my order?
Each order receives an order confirmation email, then subsequently a shipping confirmation email which includes the tracking number for the carrier. The carrier’s website will allow you to track your order in transit.
2. When will my order ship?
We try to ship immediately when we are fully stocked, however on average your order will ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
3. Where is my tracking number?
Each order is emailed a shipping confirmation, (once your order is shipped), which includes a tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number please check your spam. Lastly email info@littleowners.com to request your tracking number.
4. My order says it’s delivered but I have not received it.
Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to locate your package. Frequently the carrier may mark the package as delivered when it arrives to the destination warehouse, not the actual delivery address. In most instances the package will arrive within 1 or 2 days
